Become Your Best; DissaPlan - Your Guide to Mental Wealth
Intro to DissaPlan
Are you someone who is looking to feel better, and live to their fullest? Every day, you wake up, go through the motions, and maybe you even have occasional bright spots throughout the day... but there is always an unsettling feeling inside of you. There's always one more thing you have to do, one more person you have to please, one more problem you NEED to resolve. The list could be endless. You always feel like you want to/should do more. If this applies to you, I am grateful for the opportunity to help you.
Bad Habits
We are people of habit. We wake up, go through life's daily motions/routines, and maybe have some positive occurrences throughout the day; however, there always seems to be an unsatisfactory feeling inside of us when we go to sleep. Why is this so? You could be a diligent worker, grateful for what you have, loving and accepting of others, but you just don't feel right. Trust me when I tell you I feel your pain. This feeling used to devour me, and I could never figure it out. Now, though, I'm here to help you maneuver through this puzzle. To your shock, it's easier than it may initially seem.
Break the Pattern
My one-word, magic solution to your issue would be the word "metacognition", but that's not what you're here for. If you looked this word up, you'd find that it expresses awareness of your own thoughts/thought processes. Allow me to elaborate.
Sometimes, we are so caught up in repeating the same patterns over and over, each day. For most, this means an endless cycle of repetition that fails to present new pieces of excitement, and failure to seek new challenges and opportunities. Deep down, you have an expectation, or maybe even multiple expectations. However, you may not be aware of such. This causes underlying issues, as you may feel unsettled from not achieving an expectation you aren't aware of to begin with. Then, you are concerned because you aren't aware of what's destroying you on the inside. It's a chain reaction, one that's ceaseless if you don't break the pattern. And that's where the solution comes into play: break the pattern.
If you're merely going through the motions each day without ever being aware of anything else, you're essentially on autopilot/robot mode; you aren't taking the time necessary for yourself to thrive in every moment of the day. Some may be so accustomed to everyday life that they believe the inside pain they have is fine as it is. What they may fail to realize is their limitless potential, and how much better off they would be if they took time out of their day to reflect on their thinking.
Breaking the pattern simply means to unlearn a repeated thought process that clearly isn't working, and replace it with a newly learned way of thinking that improves your state of mind. Unfortunately, this does not happen in one day. Often times, it may feel like that day will never come, either. Fortunately, though, I am here to help you improve your mindset and thought direction. Stick with me and I will guide you to mental wealth.
Close the Deal
You see, being unaware of your thoughts is a threatening situation. You're indebting yourself to the NEED to be better, without actually knowing what it is you want/need to be "better". If that is to continue, you'd never actually consider yourself "better", but rather someone who is constantly displeased with any form of progress. Lost in expectation, and distanced from reality, you may slowly lose yourself and your will to do anything. Please, for the sake of your worth and potential, break this pattern. I see your potential. Now, I want you to see your potential, because it's truly limitless. This will make life better for all of us and bring us one step further in our journey together.
I am so grateful to provide pieces of help to others, and hope that you will learn at least one thing from my content. Be on the lookout for more, soon!
Love,
